OUR STORY
Guardian City Renovations was founded by Tom Sokolowski, a local tradesman who saw a gap in the remodeling industry: too many companies promised the world but underdelivered when it counted. Tom built this business from the ground up with one goal in mind: to guide homeowners through a better remodeling experience—one that’s transparent, professional, and personal.
What started as a solo operation quickly grew into a full-service team of in-house skilled carpenters and dedicated professionals. We’ve stayed true to our roots, still working directly with clients, still listening carefully, and still showing up on time—because that’s how trust is built.
